Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of any part of a reservation is subject to a cancellation fee of a minimum of $25, or $10 per night. With the required amount of notice (30 days in July & August - 14 days in most other cases), the remainder of your deposit is refundable. You are resposible for all nights reserved.
